All prices are in pounds Sterling and include VAT.

All products and services are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and you will not be charged.

Bubbling Designs cannot offer refunds on any of our designed and personalised products unless faulty. No refunds will be given down to incorrect spellings supplied by you, wrong images supplied or due to a matter of taste.

By supplying us images, you give us your consent to store and use the images. All supplied images are assumed to have no copyright constraints that would prevent them being incoroprated into Bubbling products.

Payment

Payment will be taken before we despatch your order.

All online payments are handled by PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make use of this service.

Timescales and Postage

The vast majority of our products are personalised to order and the time needed to compete your order will vary with different products. Most items can be posted out within 2 or 3 working days. Some need up to 10 working days. Please let us know any time constraints when you place your order, and we will try and accommodate these. Personalised Cards, Bottle labels, Posters and Chocolate Wrappers ordered in the shop can often be ready within 15 minutes.

Bubbling Designs use Royal Mail 1st Class postage to deliver all items unless additional costs are paid to guarantee 'Next Day Delivery.' Proof of postage will be available but no responsibility will be taken for loss of a package or late deliveries, disputes, strikes, adverse weather conditions and all external elements outside of our control.

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at anytime and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
