If you place an order online, the simplest way to supply any images is to reply to your order confirmation email and attach your images.

We will always let you know that we have received your images. We will advise you if your images are not suitable for the product(s) you have ordered, and suggest an alternative.

You can also post us a memory stick or a CD containing the images.

If you post printed photos, make sure they are protected from damage and that you include contact details or your order number. We would also recommend that you get a free certificate of posting from the Post Office in case they do not reach us.

We can also accept photos, memory sticks and CDs in our shop in Malvern.

Please note that we cannot accept images directly from your camera/camera memory card.
