Bubbling Designs Ltd offer a design and personalisation service for the products shown online and other bespoke items. Our online order forms requests information from you in order for us to initially ascertain your requirements. We will then contact you to discuss in more detail, your specific requirements including correct spellings, tastes, particularly strong likes and dislikes, confirm a delivery date, post and packaging costs plus discuss discounts that may apply.

During this 'Consultation Period' we hope to receive any images from you, supplied as per the details on the order confirmation email. If your images arrive after the Consultation period, we will contact you should the photos/images supplied be totally unsuitable for the product/s ordered. We will then advise on an alternative product with no obligation on your part to continue with the order process. We will always use our expertise to create the best possible design and finish from the images you supply unless we advise you otherwise and therefore cannot accept fault as to the outcome.

Once all the above areas are discussed and confirmed we will take payment from you by card over the telephone. This will act as confirmation of your order placed with Bubbling Designs. We also accept cheque payments, and your order will be become confirmed once funds are cleared. This may therefore create a delay in the ordering process. If during the Consultation Period, your order alters in value (excluding p&p/discounts) we will send you a new confirmation email, clearly stating the additional items and costs incurred.

Bubbling Designs cannot offer refunds on any of our designed and personalised products as all necessary elements of your order will have been confirmed by direct contact and email. No refunds will be given down to incorrect spellings supplied by you, wrong images supplied or due to a matter of taste.

Bubbling Designs use Royal Mail 1st Class postage to deliver all items unless additional costs are paid to guarantee 'Next Day Delivery.' Proof of postage will be available but no responsibility will be taken for loss of a package or late deliveries, disputes, strikes and all external elements outside of our control.

On supplying both the personalised and designed Bottle Label AND the bottle we ask our online customers to confirm they are 18 years of age or over. Bubbling Designs will never knowingly supply alcohol to an underaged online customer and accept no responsibilty should an false age be indicated.
