Yes! You have total freedom of choice to have whatever you want on a bottle label. Choose to use any photo, images or wording. We will then incorporate your suggestions into a design, plus use our years of design experience to produce a unique spot on finished product. Whatever occasion or event the bottle label is for, feel free to ask away for a design to include any team, interest, hobby or ‘thing’ that floats their or your boat!

We accept images via email or saved on a memory stick or CD or as hard copies through the post. Please see full details in our General FAQ's section.

It’s usually ideal to measure for the new bottle label to just be slightly bigger than the original one. A new label sized just slightly larger than the original label will hopefully ensure you don’t need to remove the original one from the bottle, unless of course you wish to. We would however strongly recommend you remove the original label. Please see the following question for full instructions.

We strongly recommend you remove the original label first. We find the best way of doing this is to scrape the majority of the label off with say a window scraper and then lightly wet/dampen the remainder which after a few minutes should then just wipe off. Please then dry the bottle or leave to dry. The new label can then be removed from its backing paper and positioned onto the clean dry bottle.

Labels can be supplied in virtually any size, up to a maximum of 21 x 29.7cm

Yes. We do however have to charge extra for these shapes as they involve far more hand cutting. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your exact requirements.

We are happy to give a discount of 10% of orders of 24 bottle labels or more of the same design. This discount will be applied when we confirm the details of your order.

Also remember that extra labels repeating the same design are only £1.75 each. You can order these as Extra Bottle Labels in the online ordering system by specifying the quantity you require. There is no need to repeat the personalisation information.

If you are ordering labels with different designs, put the total quantity of extras wanted in the order form. Let us know in the comment box when you checkout how many of the extras were for each design.

Yes. We are happy to represent the style and colours of the original label and incorporate your images and wording.

Yes. We can easily buy the bottle on your behalf. We make NO profit on passing the bottle onto you and charge you purely at the cost to us. We then design and personalise the bottle label to your requirements, remove the original label, fix the new label onto the bottle and post either to you or directly to the recipient. If you want this option, please order a Labelled Bottle Gift, not Bottle Labels.

No! You pay only once for any one design. This design will then be used to create your ordered gift or stationery. If you require exact repeats of this product, please see our 'Ordering Extras' section. However, should you then wish to use the same design on any other Bubbling products, we are happy to transfer that design to another item and reduce the cost of each item by £3.00! We have put together some ideal combinations of Bubbling products in our 'Example Value Packs' but these are in no way restricting as you can have what you want! A great way of saving money on unique gifts and stationery!

The post and packaging is charged at cost (currently Band D £10), and allows for the safe arrival of your newly designed and personalised bottle label and its contents! For UK destinations only, but we are happy to post overseas and will only charge you what it costs us. Please note when ordering online you will be asked to confirm you are aged 18 years or over and Bubbling Designs Ltd take no responsibilty should a false allegation be made.
