You can email us your images following the instructions in the email you receive when you first place your order.

Alternatively you can post us a memory stick or a CD containing the images. If you post printed photos, make sure they are protected from damage and that you include details of your order number. We would also recommend that you get a free certificate of posting from the Post Office in case they do not reach us.

You can also pop into our Malvern Office and give them to us in person whilst you have a chat about your requirements and we can confirm the details of your order and take payment at the same time.

Yes. We take extremely good care of all images we receive. The photo will be returned to you with your order.

Once we receive your old image we will make an assessment and contact you with our thoughts. Rest assured most creases, dust and minor damage is repairable.
